Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong sales and/or leasing experience essential.
• High level of interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be energetic, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• NalP certification desired; proficient with Microsoft Office; 30 wpm typing.
• Fair Housing certification and compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Provide excellent customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide tours, explain the application process, and close leases.
• Close sales to maximize occupancy and revenue; upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date records of prospects and residents; respond timely to inquiries.
• Assist with training on-site staff to meet property goals.
