The ideal candidate will manage tours, guide applicants through the process, and maintain positive relationships with residents while supporting property operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong sales and/or leasing experience demonstrated in a fast-paced property setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if requested.

Aufgaben

• Personally manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Demonstrate high levels of customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close leases.
• Close sales on units to maximize occupancy and upsell services.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current client history.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle resident concerns with a positive service attitude.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and teams for ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate inspections and tours.
• Assist Property Manager with training on-site staff to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
