Apres Apartments in Aurora, CO is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant. This role serves as the property's sales representative, greeting prospects, presenting amenities, and guiding tours to secure lease agreements.

Bilingual preferred; compensation includes hourly wage plus bonus, with health benefits and growth potential. The ideal candidate will have strong sales or leasing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires strong sales and/or leasing experience.
• Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• NALP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and tour apartment homes.
• Close lease sales and maximize occupancy.
• Maintain records of prospective and current clients.
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Support Property Manager and onsite staff.
• Ensure property appearance during tours and inspections.
