Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and communicate features of the community.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into leases.
• Assist prospective residents through application, screening, and move-in processes.
• Support affordable housing leasing requirements, including income qualification and compliance documentation, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate prospect, applicant, and resident records in property management software.
• Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with retention and renewals.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, community outreach, and leasing events to increase occupancy.
• Collaborate with Community Director and maintenance to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Assist with daily administrative responsibilities and contribute to occupancy goals.
