• Lease apartments to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

• Conduct tours and present community features and amenities.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Review applications including income, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation.
• Verify apartment readiness prior to move-in.
• Support lease renewals and retention initiatives.
• Track leads and follow-ups in the property management system.
• Respond to calls, emails, and resident communications professionally.
• Assist with work order entry and maintenance communication.
• Support move-in processes including documentation and system setup.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of market competitors, pricing, and concessions.
• Understand lease terms, unit specs, availability, and all community policies.
• Explain required application information and screening processes.
