Job summary

gobravvo seeks a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, and postpartum care. The role emphasizes teamwork with physicians, midwives, and nurses to ensure safety and quality.

You will monitor patients, respond to changes, educate families, and mentor support staff. A current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and experience in maternal-child health are required; NRP is a plus. This full-time position is based in Lynwood, CA.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP certification preferred.
• Experience in labor and delivery or maternal-newborn care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns per clinical protocols.
• Monitor, document and respond to patient condition changes promptly.
• Direct and mentor auxiliary nursing staff and support personnel.
• Educate families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care.
