Job summary

Locals' Market in Dillsburg, PA, is seeking a dependable, energetic person to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. Our kitchen is known for fresh sandwiches and grab-and-go items, with shifts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including lunch rush hours. Weekend availability may be required.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, helping with sandwich prep, station upkeep, and quick service. Position offers full-time benefits and opportunities for raises and advancement.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, deli, or kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Make fresh sandwiches and other menu items quickly and consistently
• Prep meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients
• Keep the sandwich station stocked and ready, especially heading into the lunch rush
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately
• Prepare grab-and-go and other kitchen items
• Help with opening, closing, and daily kitchen prep
• Keep workstations, equipment, and the kitchen clean and food-safe
• Wash dishes and help with general kitchen cleanup
• Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Locals' Market is looking for a dependable, energetic person to join our kitchen team full-time. Our kitchen is best known for our sandwiches, made fresh throughout the day, along with other prepared and grab-and-go foods.

We’re open from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and lunch is when things really get moving. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in making great food, and can work as part of a team when there’s a line of hungry people waiting for sandwiches.

This is a full-time position. Locals' Market is open from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so availability for a mix of shifts within those hours is important. Weekend availability may be required.

Our busiest time is lunch, so dependable availability during the late morning and lunch hours is especially important.
