The Magnolia Hotel in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dependable, full-time Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage team. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and assist culinary staff in delivering guest dining experiences.

Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, ensuring sanitation, restocking supplies, and following food safety procedures. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans efficiently.
• Sanitize and store kitchen items according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist with removal of trash and recycling from kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed.
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
