The role includes loading and unloading dishwashing machines, hand-washing specific items, storing clean dishes, ensuring sufficient supplies during peak hours, and reporting any washing machine issues. A focus on teamwork and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Sanitized and well-maintained equipment is essential.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment accordingly
• Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
• Ability to maintain multiple projects and high priority needs as required
