Magnolia Hotel St. Louis is seeking a dependable, Full-Time Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. You will operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and cookware, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, and pans.
• Sanitize and store kitchen items per health standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist with removal of trash and recycling from kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies in designated storage areas.
• Follow all food safety procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
