Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and proper storage of items after cleaning.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenished.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support kitchen staff by helping with additional tasks during peak service times.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including banquet or catering services, is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
