Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, restock, and organize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Keep the dish area moving and communicate with kitchen leaders.
• Run the dish station including machine setup and logs.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, separating dirty and clean items.
• Close the station, clean equipment, and complete the closing checklist.
• Support the kitchen by putting away supplies and aiding with prep as needed.
