Job summary

The Normal Brand in Southlake, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Key Holder who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales while supporting daily store operations at our Southlake Town Square location.

You will foster a positive team culture, manage inventory accuracy, and adapt to evolving store needs. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, with 30–40 hours per week to cover peak periods.

The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company specializing in clothing and accessories, with a strong online presence and retail partnerships in over 600 stores across the United States. Our brick-and-mortar location in Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas, is looking for a hardworking, personable, and goal-oriented Full-Time Key Holder to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Drive sales through personalized service, outfit building, and suggestive selling to maximize average order value and overall revenue.
• Monitor product sell-through, maintain strong merchandising standards, and replenish the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store that reflects The Normal Brand’s standards.
• Educate and train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing store initiatives, achieving business goals, and maintaining operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment through clear and professional communication.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
• Ensure the store is properly secured by following all opening, closing, and security procedures.
• Take ownership of daily store operations and help ensure the team is consistently delivering on The Normal Brand’s expectations.
