Job summary

The Tobin School in Natick is seeking a Jr Kindergarten Teacher for a JrK Full Day classroom starting late August 2026. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts that include 7:15-5:45 and some 8:00-4:00 schedules. The team supports up to 16 children daily in a collaborative teaching environment.

You will support parent communication, curriculum planning, child supervision, and ensure safety and licensing compliance alongside experienced staff.

Qualifications

• EEC Preschool Teacher certification is required.
• Some early childhood teaching experience is valued.
• A degree in early childhood or related field is highly valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support parent communication and child supervision.
• Plan and implement creative engaging curriculum.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation protocols and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support up to 16 children daily.
