Job summary

The Tobin Children’s School in Natick is seeking a Preschool Teacher for one of our full-day classrooms. You will work with two other teachers and an afternoon assistant to support up to 18 children from 7:15 to 5:45, communicating with families and coordinating curriculum and assessments.

Ideal candidates will have EEC Preschool Teacher certification, relevant early childhood experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preschool teaching experience and EEC Preschool Teacher certification.
• Degree in early childhood or related field valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to plan creative engaging curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Support parent communication and child supervision.
• Collaborate with two other full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant.
• Plan curriculum and assess children, ensuring safety and licensing compliance.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and NAEYC accreditation criteria.
