Tobin Children's School, Natick, seeks a Full Time Toddler Teacher to join a collaborative team supporting up to 9 children per day in a 7:15-5:45 schedule. You will focus on parent communication, curriculum planning, child assessment, and ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required.
• Early childhood teaching experience preferred.
• Degree in early childhood or related field valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support parent communication and child supervision.
• Assist with curriculum planning and child assessment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation protocols and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with two other teachers and an afternoon assistant in a full-day Toddler classroom.
• Support the classroom team in maintaining a developmentally appropriate environment.
