This is a full-time position. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This involves a defined level of product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and teamwork to create an exceptional shopping environment. The role includes efficiently cutting and processing a variety of meat products to maximize yield and gross profit according to Meat Standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.
