Qualifications

• High school diploma or 3 years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to perform duties of supervised workers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Issues supplies and equipment.
• Resolve workers' problems or refer matters to the Manager.
• Perform the duties of workers supervised.
• Directly supervise 2 to 50 janitorial service employees.
• Assist in training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance.
• Address customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor.
