Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to coordinate and supervise cleaning teams across commercial, industrial, and medical sites. You'll assign tasks, inspect work, and ensure adherence to quality standards while advancing our cleaning programs.

This full-time role offers a $20.00 hourly wage, varied shifts from morning to overnight, and weekly pay. You will train staff, address customer concerns, and lead a team of 2 to 50 janitorial personnel on diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
• Issues supplies and equipment
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager
• Perform the duties of workers supervised
• Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees
• Assist in training employees
• Plan, assign, and direct work
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor
