Qualifications

• Must pass background check and MVR if required.
• Prior experience managing hourly labor in a service environment preferred.

• Willing to perform operational tasks and hands-on support when needed.
• Commitment to safety standards and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio with quality and safety checks.
• Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach staff; manage performance.
• Serve as primary client contact during shifts with regular walkthroughs.
• Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering and employee appreciation budgets.
• Support growth by executing additional service opportunities and process improvements.
