Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Alamogordo, NM, seeks an Inventory Clerk to support hospital supply chain operations. You will scan products, pick orders, restock par levels, and maintain accurate ERP transactions across multiple inventory locations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable communication, and teamwork within a hospital warehouse environment. Work hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize scanning technology for par locations.
• Cycle counting and physical inventory counting as directed.
• Order picking and packing including documentation.
• Restocking pars and inventories.
• Unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies in a timely manner.
• Basic understanding of product numbers and unit of measure.
• Ability to check expiration dates and maintain clean and orderly stocking areas.
• Ability to ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas.
• Perform tasks in INFOR ERP System including Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
