Responsibilities

• Compare packing slips with purchase orders for accuracy.
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects.
• Utilize scanning technology for par scanning and documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and bin audits; verify reorder reports.
• Review transactions ensuring accurate posting.
• Deliver supplies to departments and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with procurement to follow up on overdue orders.
• Provide customer service and follow up tasks to ensure correct products.
• Basic computer knowledge; effective written and verbal communication.
• Adapt to different situations with strong decision-making.
