Job summary

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care for adults with brain injury and related conditions in a rehabilitation setting in Texas. The RN will assess, document, and report patient status and collaborate with the Medical Director, Program Director, and clinical team to ensure safe, therapeutic care and adherence to Moody Neuro policies.

The ideal candidate holds a current Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient

Qualifications

• Current Texas license to practice as an RN.
• Experience with brain injury and rehab patients preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and follow instructions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide specified nursing services to Moody patients.
• Regularly round on residents and monitor status.
• Assist in emergencies and triage as needed.
• Ensure medical documentation meets licensing requirements.
