Job summary

Magical Beginnings is seeking an Infant Teacher to provide individualized, nurturing care for infants (6 weeks to 15 months) in our licensed Beverly center. This full‑time role emphasizes infant development, safe sleep practices, and strong family communication.

Applicants should hold MA EEC Infant/Toddler Certification (or CDA) and be prepared to obtain CPR/First Aid if needed. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Warm, responsive caregiving style and understanding of infant development.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
• Experience with infants (6 weeks–15 months) in licensed programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, nurturing care to infants in a licensed setting.
• Support early milestones through tummy time, sensory play, cuddles, and routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean classroom by following diapering, feeding, and sleep best practices.
• Build trusting relationships with families via open, ongoing communication.
