Mondelēz International in Lima, OH is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are always in stock, aligned with RTM plans and promotions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move products as needed.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Lima, OH and open availability weekdays including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos via DMI, and stock shelves.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties involved.
