Soundly Speaking is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to serve adult IDD clients in Southlake and across Texas. This W2 full-time role involves traveling to clients' homes or dayhab sites to deliver compassionate, outcome-focused therapy under your license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes or dayhab sites for therapy sessions.
• Document therapy visits and share updates with families and case managers.
• Adjust therapy plans to ensure progress toward client goals.
• Provide high-quality therapy in clients' homes and communicate with families about sessions.
• Communicate weekly with families about goals and progress; monthly with case managers.
• Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork in daily practice.
• Submit paperwork within 24 hours of visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records per HIPAA and regulations.
