Qualifications

• Texas-issued Physical Therapist License required.
• Ability to learn on the job and utilize provided materials.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work with adult IDD population.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide accurate evaluations and reevaluations.
• Document evaluation visits and share updates with families and case managers.
• Supervise assistants to ensure high-quality service and address questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Turn in paperwork within 24 hours and collaborate with dayhab staff and families.
