Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes to provide individually tailored therapy.
• Document therapy visits and contact families/case managers with updates.
• Utilize and augment provided resources in therapy sessions.
• Submit paperwork within 24 hours of visits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA, state and federal rules.
• Communicate progress to families and case managers.
