Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Self-starter with initiative and follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including database management.
• Ability to work with people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
• Agree with Transform Minnesota’s Statement of Faith, Core Values, and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops for adult refugees and immigrants to build skills for employment and self-sufficiency.
• Provide instruction in in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats with community partners.
• Oversee volunteers with Empowerment Volunteer Coordinator.
• Orient new clients, track participation, and refer for support services.
• Maintain confidential client records and program data (Dynamics) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Assess barriers and develop curriculum to meet emerging needs.
• Conduct outreach to expand reach of workshops and coordinate with leadership for programming.
