Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, hybrid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Easton, MD. The role involves delivering therapy, assessments, and IEP planning for PreK–12 students, with collaboration across therapists, educators, and families.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed as an SLP, and have ASHA credentials. The position offers hybrid work (80% onsite) and a competitive hourly rate, with guaranteed hours

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program.
• ,
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP.
• National License: ASHA
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• CF-SLP placement may be available
• Experience working with children
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in use of technology
• Fingerprint background clearance
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
