This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Easton, MD. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.

Job Details

• Full-time school schedule 5 days/week
• October 2026 - May 2027
• Hybrid position: 80% onsite and 20% hybrid for documentation/planning/meetings
• Elementary through High School population
• Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
• Manageable caseloads
• Dual support from the District and TheraPeds
• $55.50- $69.75+/hour

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
