Trademasters Service, an award-winning federal contractor, is hiring an HVAC Technician to join a team serving government, commercial and residential clients. The role involves service, maintenance and installation of HVAC systems across varied environments.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HVAC experience, OSHA 10 and EPA certificates, and a valid driver's license. OT and on-call rotations are required, with a company vehicle provided for field work.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of HVAC experience in residential, commercial and government environments.
• Service, maintenance and new system installations.
• Experience with basic hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment.
• OSHA 10 and EPA certificates are required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to access and work on secured federal sites.
• High professionalism, safety compliance mindset.
• Excellent customer service and communication with customers and coworkers.
• Motivated with willingness to learn and grow knowledge base.
• NATE, Journeyman or Master licenses are highly preferred.

Location: Headquarters-7208 Lockport Place, Lorton, VA 22079.

Hours: Full time. M-F, 7AM to finish (varies). Flexibility required for OT, On-Call rotation for after hours and weekends

Pay: $18 - $48 / Hour
