What You'll Do

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, all the while providing excellent service to our guests. Act as an advocate for the hotel, create memorable personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that encourage their return.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the lobby, hallways, public areas, including the sidewalk, brass awning poles, signage, entrance, and alley are kept clean.
• Clean and set up meeting room functions according to the function sheets.
• Deep clean areas, including shampooing rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Set up and maintain hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
• Deliver housekeeping items (hair dryers, ironing boards, irons, etc.) to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• Receive assignments, keys, pagers, and special guest requests from your supervisor at the beginning of your shift.
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools.
• Respond promptly and friendly to guest requests.
• Return lost items with proper documentation to the Housekeeping Department.
• Be adaptable, as responsibilities may extend beyond this job description.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service, good verbal communication, and basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
