Job summary

Silverado St. Charles is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in memory care. This role blends attention to detail, reliability, and a heart for service.

No prior experience is required; assisted living or hospitality background is a plus. You will perform housekeeping across the community and support residents with memory impairments in a respectful, dignified manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday

Anticipated pay range

$19 - $20 USD
