Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook in Bloomington, IL is hiring for a full-time cleaning associate to maintain resident apartments and common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, windows, floors and hallways.

No experience is required; weekend work may be needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO with immediate accrual, life insurance, disability coverage and a 401(k) with match from day one.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
