Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook is seeking a part-time cleaner in Washington, IL. You will clean public areas and resident apartments, restrooms, kitchens and windows, support maintenance, and ensure cleanliness across the community. No experience is required, and weekend shifts may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors and furniture.
• Wash windows at reasonable heights as requested.
• Keep utility and storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies.
• Stock cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area.
• Ensure trash and dumpster areas are clean with maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.
• Other duties as assigned
