Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook in Savoy, IL, is hiring a Resident Aide for full-time, 30 to 40 hours per week. You will provide daily living assistance to residents, including help with meals, grooming, and mobility, under the supervision of care staff.

No experience is required as we offer a comprehensive training program. Weekend shifts are required, and opportunities exist to grow within our memory care community.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents with a friendly smile, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and assisting to the restroom.
• Provide medication supervision and verbal encouragement and direct support to residents.
• May perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned
