Job summary

Westminster Village Inc. in Bloomington, IL is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to provide a sanitary, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. You will clean apartments, empty trash, and maintain cleanliness across living areas on 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

We offer benefits including 401k, medical, dental, vision, HRA, EAP, tuition and scholarship opportunities, PTO, wellness resources. The wage ranges from $15.97 to $17.97 per hour with annual increases. Union eligible position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and clean countertops, mirrors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and living areas in residents' apartments.
• Disinfect handrails in hallways and clean and fill humidifiers.
• Wash and disinfect beds, bed rails, tub and shower walls.
• Assist with moving furniture and personal items for resident moves.
• Attend educational meetings planned for this position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
