Job summary
Williamsburg Landing is seeking a Full Time Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, guests, and staff, with initiative and positive interactions.
Starting pay is $17.00/hr and is commensurate with experience. Hours are 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pm Saturday/Sunday, with one weekend per month required. A comprehensive benefits package is provided for full-time employees.
Qualifications
- Combination of education, training, or experience in a related field.
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, reach overhead, climb stairs and ladders, and work on various surfaces.
- A valid, unrestricted Commonwealth of Virginia driver's license with a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Maintain facilities in safe, sanitary conditions per procedures and checklists.
- Follow cleaning schedules and operate cleaning equipment including vacuums.
- Clean floors, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchens, walls, doors, and windows.
- Perform laundry per state and federal regulations.
