Job summary

StoneRidge is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain sanitation and cleaning of apartments, common areas, Health Center, and Cottages. Flexibility to support EVS assignments, including laundry and cottages, is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and English communication ability. Prior housekeeping experience is welcome but not required; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential for success in this on-site role in Mystic, CT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand, communicate effectively, and follow instructions in English is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared, flat surfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains resident confidentiality at all times.
• Cross-trains in all EVS assignments, including laundry and cottages. All positions are expected to assist in all departmental assignments needed to accommodate business needs.

General Summary:
