Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown is hiring a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to ensure pristine guest rooms and a welcoming environment. You will work with guests to deliver high standards of cleanliness and comfort in a fast-paced setting.

Must be 18+, able to lift up to 20 lbs, and flexible to weekends/holidays. Training opportunities and potential cross-training in Laundry are available as part of Hyatt Place total hospitality experience.

Qualifications

Room Attendants/Housekeeper

Room Attendants/Housekeeper contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Room Attendant/Housekeeper creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms as assigned. Must be able to communicate well with guests. Previous cleaning experience a plus but not required. The shift is from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 5:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. This person will have the opportunity to cross train in the Laundry Department.
