Commonwealth Hotels seeks a Full-Time Hotel Shuttle Van Driver to join our Cincinnati Airport South team. You will provide safe, timely shuttle service, assist with luggage, and greet guests with a friendly, informative approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with appropriate class for vehicle.
• Demonstrated experience in guest-focused service.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and timely shuttle service to guests between airport, hotel, and local points of interest.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Greet guests, provide information about hotel services, and address guest questions.
• Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections before/after trips.
• Coordinate with front desk for shuttle schedules and guest pickups; adapt to special requests.
• Promote hotel services and local area information to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs according to schedules.
