Job summary

Beacon Health Options is seeking a full-time hospital kitchen cook assigned to the day shift (5:00am–1:30pm), Monday–Friday with every other weekend. You will prepare and cook meals for patients, staff, and hospital events, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities include stocking, labeling, following HACCP, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while collaborating with chefs and managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 17 years of age required.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock food for service areas.
• Cook and portion foods for patients, staff, and events.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitary procedures.
