Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and diet requirements.
• Ensure meals are prepared, portioned, and presented with quality and consistency.
• Monitor and document food temperatures to maintain safety standards.
• Receive, store, rotate, and manage inventory using FIFO guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and equipment.
• Assist with patient meal service and cafeteria production as needed.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure timely, excellent service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
