Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time cashier for Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. The role involves customer service, cash handling, and dining room duties. Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with rotating weekends; online applications accepted only.

You will perform cash transactions, balance drawers, and maintain sanitation standards. Prior cash handling and customer service experience required; opportunities for growth within TouchPoint

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.
• Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
