Job summary

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Chester County team. This role involves making home visits to hospice clients in designated geographic territories and providing high-quality palliative care at home.

Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license and have at least 1 year of clinical experience; hospice or home health experience is preferred but not required. EMR proficiency and willingness to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required or pending.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.
