Job summary

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice in Michigan is seeking a full-time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, skilled care to our patients at the end of life. You will support patients in the Oakland County area, helping them remain comfortable and dignified in their final days while partnering with a dedicated care team.

Hospice experience is preferred, but we offer training for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CNA license is required.
• Hospice experience preferred but training provided.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular bedside and personal care to hospice patients.
• Support patients and families with dignity and comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services.
• Document care provided and communicate changes.
