Job summary

Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-Time Horticultural Assistant with a $18.00 per hour wage. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional weekend mornings, and involves grounds maintenance across the course.

You will perform watering, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal decorations, contributing to a hospitality-focused property environment under Troon.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or horticulture is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Blowing parking lots and common areas.
• Watering containers and flower beds throughout the course.
• Fertilizing, mulching, weeding, and deadheading.
• Weed eating and general landscape maintenance.
• Planting and pruning using gas-powered hand tools.
• Assisting with holiday and Christmas decorations.
• Performing a variety of horticultural, landscaping, and grounds maintenance duties.
