Raintree Country Club in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Staff member to help keep greens, tees, and fairways in top condition and support the overall course operations for a positive member and guest experience.

The position pays $18.00 per hour, requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend/holiday work is required. Benefits include healthcare, retirement with 401(k) match, and PTO, with Troon as the managing partner.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operates all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.

Mows greens, tees, and fairways with appropriate mowers.

Assists in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.

Reports mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.

Installs detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.

Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operations.

Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
