Job summary

Busch Gardens Williamsburg, part of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, is seeking a grounds maintenance team member to perform mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, planting and container maintenance to keep the park beautiful and welcoming.

The role requires 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shifts, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and good English communication. You will work independently or with a team and help deliver safe, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic plant or landscape knowledge.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic operational knowledge of both power and hand tools.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods in extreme weather.
• Scheduling flexibility—6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests and Ambassadors
• Operate park vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Basic plant or landscape knowledge

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s *license preferred
